We’re pleased to announce that our 2024 ESG Report is now available. It outlines the progress we’ve made related to our environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy. In 2024, we continued to formalize our ESG strategy and deliver on the focus areas identified in our 2023 ESG report.

A key achievement was meeting The Net Zero Challenge (NZC)  milestone two requirements by conducting climate scenario analysis and establishing interim emission reduction targets. The NZC is designed for both public and private sectors to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050, and is led by the Government of Canada, to encourage organizations across all industries to take steps towards reducing greenhouse gas emissions and addressing climate-related issues. We also published our second TCFD Report, in line with new Canadian disclosure standards that will be coming into effect in 2026.  

We are proud of the entire Calian team for everything they have done in supporting our ESG strategy and we look forward to continuing momentum in 2025 as we develop decarbonization plans on the path to net-zero.
