Composites manufacturing at Calian

Calian’s composites production facility is equipped to manufacture a wide range of composites products that are lightweight and corrosion resistant. Calian has the ability to mold complex geometries and tolerances all in one manufacturing process.

Calian composite structures

Calian offers composites-specific engineering, metrology and project planning services, right through to full component prototyping with the production of final products and assemblies.

We specialize in the design and production of high-precision carbon epoxy antenna structures, and we are moving into new markets that can take advantage of composite structures that are rustproof, corrosion-resistant, durable and have a high strength-to-weight ratio. We can build to any specifications and design, using your specs or our in-house team of engineers.

Calian develops, qualifies and manufactures complex, high reliability vetronics products for defence applications. Products include cables, cable harnesses and multi-branch harnesses, using state-of-the-art surface mount technology for complex RF design.

Our products are used on combat platforms all over the world in the harshest conditions. We provide full in-service support as well as repair and overhaul services for all products that we manufacture.
