Alio Health Services Inc.

In January 2020, Calian acquired Alio Health Services Inc., expanding its reach into new customer segments such as pharmaceuticals, hospital care, and home-based patient support. This acquisition facilitated the diversification of services by introducing innovative patient solutions. Through the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive patient support programs (PSPs) and health resource optimization, Calian enhanced its offerings.

Allphase Clinical Research Services Inc.

Calian acquired Allphase Clinical Research Inc., a full-service contract research organization (CRO), in January 2020. The addition of Allphase added high-quality clinical development services for pharmaceutical and medical device companies with products in development or on the market to Calian’s Health offering.

Dapasoft

In February 2021, Calian Group acquired Dapasoft, a solutions provider specializing in systems integration and cybersecurity for healthcare.

With this acquisition came Dapasoft’s Corolar™ integration engine. Corolar has been deployed in over 30 healthcare institutions across Canada, and is used by customers in healthcare, financial services and critical infrastructure across North America.

Today, the Calian® Corolar™ Suite includes remote patient monitoring, Corolar Virtual Care and Corolar Cloud, and bridges the gap between patients and providers for a more connected healthcare experience.

Primacy Management Inc.

Calin acquired Primacy Management Inc., Canada’s largest medical property management company, in March of 2012. Primacy has over 140 clinics across all 10 Canadian provinces that physicians utilize as their primary practice locations. Primacy clinics provide medical services to over 6 million Canadians annually and are located within or adjacent to a wide range of Loblaw® banner stores.

Priority One

In August 2018, Calian acquired Priority One, a Calgary-based provider of specialized psychological assessment and selection services. These encompass identifying candidate selection suitability for firearms issuance and psychological fitness-for-duty assessment, as well as pre-placement mental health assessments for organizations requiring safety-sensitive positions.
