Calian Ltd., or its affiliate and/or subsidiary, as applicable (“Buyer” or “Calian”), requests the supplier (“Seller”) to supply Buyer with certain products, goods, articles, materials and/or services (collectively the “Work”) specified in Buyer’s purchase order(s) or such similar document(s) or agreement(s) that incorporates these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) therein (each herein referred to as the “Purchase Order”) and Seller agrees to provide the Work subject to these Terms and Conditions.
