IT staff augmentation
Our existing federal government supply arrangements include TBIPS, TSPS, THS and ProServices. Calian is currently cleared to Cosmic Top Secret with document safeguarding at the NATO Secret Level issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) of PSPC.
Emergency response and resilience
We work with municipalities, communities and infrastructure owners and operators to develop emergency response plans based on their risks. Emergency response plans serve as the essential baseline for rehearsals, exercises and for priority investment.

We provide support to the nuclear industry, government and defense organizations for the development, implementation and certification of radiation protection and dosimetry programs.

Emergency Management: City of Telkwa
Calian worked with the Village of Telkwa, British Columbia, to develop a guide with preplanned routing and advance decisions to support residents during an evacuation, and to help the Village meet its legal responsibilities to be prepared for potential emergencies or disasters. Together with the village, Calian developed a guide that supports EOC decision-makers during an evacuation.
By incorporating the community into its consultative process, Calian supports community members in achieving solutions that reduce the potential impact of a disaster on their community.

Calian delivers immersive training solutions for the Royal Canadian Navy
Calian developed a simulation-based training solution to train sailors on the overall replenishment at sea (RaS) process, the roles and responsibilities of all the crew members involved, understand what the physical space looks like on board ship, and familiarize themselves with tools and steps.
The MR trainer delivered success faster and cheaper than the alternatives, improving the overall training experience.
