Patrick Thera, President of the System Engineering Division (SED) is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in SED's technically challenging and time critical project environment.
Patrick has direct responsibility for the pursuit, acquisition and execution of all projects at SED.

As an honours graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, Patrick joined SED in 1985 and has obtained extensive experience in satellite communications, program management and business development through progressive roles in the division.
